Dignified and efficient service

Meeting Jo for the first time allayed all the fears I may have had when dealing with my late mothers funeral. She was respectful and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out. On the day we met Martin Watts who carried out his duties in the same manner never rushing us and again conducting himself in a dignified and efficient manner. Overall it was the feeling that the company cared about my late mum as well as how we felt and wanted done. I can't thank them enough for making a difficult day run smoothly and with dignity.
