Ian Newman and his team did an exemplary job at my aunt's funeral in Woodgreen in Jan 2017. Ian himself spoke so movingly at the service, and his team seemed to do all the peripherals, from the traditional cortege to the flowers and catering.
There was nothing to criticise and everything to commend.
