Help when you need it most

Two hours after we lost our mum we walked in to Houghton\'s feeling bewildered and having no idea what to do. Trish immediately made us feel at ease, she was so welcoming and friendly and genuinely caring. She made the saddest time of our life a lot more bearable and my brother and I will be forever thankful for all her help and support.
When you lose a parent you immediately feel as though you need a \'grown-up\', even when you\'re in your thirties - Trish was exactly who we needed.
