After a very sudden traumatic loss of my sister its took me a while to post this review. Houghtons, especially Christine and Vicky were amazing. They helped me deal with arrangements and decisions that I needed to make but didnt really want to make. I probably wasnt the easiest customer but they were patient and helpful throughout. I'd just like to say THANK YOU to all at Houghtons on behalf of me and my family, I will recommend you to anyone and everyone. I dont know how you do your job but you do it perfectly. Thanks again.
