lacked sympathy and grief.

Its several months now since my mum died so iv got round to reviewing our situation with this company.
i would Never recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.
My mum died whilst we were away on holiday and we had to come back early. She had a funeral plan in place thru Age Concern and it turned out to be this buisness we were dealling with. The day we went to make the arrangements we found them very Cold and unsympathetic and could only put it down to the fact there was no extortionate money to be made as it was all paid for years ago.
We found them unhelpful and tried to give us the leadt possible things they could. We asked if we could see her in the chapel of rest which in hessitation arranged.
We went to visit and the place was closed a man turned up and let us in. After what seemed only a matter of minutes was knocking on the door saying Come On are You Done........... This was the most un sympathetic and nasty thing he could have done as this was the last time we saw her.
I am thinking about it now and have just reduced their star rating even more.
I just hope no one goes thru the same Cold Bitter Situation we did using this company Avoid At ALL Costs.
