First time we have used Heritage as have always used another well established funeral director in the Village. However, as that company failed to return my call and on recommendation of several friends, I called Heritage and I;m so glad we did. They took control from first point of contact, explained each step clearly and managed our expectations very well indeed. They were professional and caring throughout.
