Really bad service

Unhelpful when we visited to make arrangements.
Put someone else's flowers in care - they said NAN, my mum wasn't a NAN.
Tried to charge us for service sheets that were prepared by the Church.
Never passed on money collected for local charity and when chased they didn't know how much they should have.
They asked if we wanted to keep my mum's wedding ring and then told us she wasn't wearing one.
Didn't help or explained anything to us.
Really wouldn't recommend them. I would NEVER use them again.
