My mum recently passed away and we made arrangement for Co-op to handle the funeral. Claire handled our arrangements and she was a lovely warm sensitive person. She was easy to talk to and sensitive to our requirements and definitely not pushy in any way. Claire recommended an excellent multi faith minister for us as we wanted a non religious service. I was delighted to see that Claire was present when the cars arrived for the funeral it was like having a friend present to support us and made the occassion so much easier.
