The funeral was most satisfactory but fell below standard as my daughter was sent for cremation in her jewellery without being "unwrapped". Despite there having being a window of 5 days in which to do so.
The jewellery was mentioned particularly on 23.1.2017 as it had helped identify her and had been specifically mentioned on engaging Messrs. Hoey's services.
We had been assured of the fact that no jewellery could be sent to the crematorium.
Despite providing documentation from Police, Coroner's Office, Lorne & Islands Hospital as to the jewellery being on my daughter whilst in their care on 27.1.2017 there has been no response to my communications.i
Despite several attempts, we have been unable to elicit any response from them in order to resolve the matter.
We love to hear from consumers and funeral directors alike, have a problem? or maybe even a suggestion?
whatever it may be, feel free to drop us an email below.
Did you know? The funeral directors register was founded in August of 2012, that is 12 whole years! We like to think of ourselves as the first, comprehensive, funeral director reviewing platform in the United Kingdom.
