I found both Philip and David so friendly and helpful and so compassionate. I went to them in the darkest days of my life not knowing what to do and I came away feeling so relieved and my Daughters funeral could not have been more perfect.
And what made it so perfect was the way that Philip and David made it so personal and all the extra little touches.
