My mothers funeral was arranged for Tuesday 13th Feb 18..it was upsetting enough without the added disappointment that no orders of service had arrived ! We were told that the next service after us had theres (useless information ).
Our designated director was David Thomas who we couldn't find and didn't lead us in !.you reimbursed my father a few hundred pounds which was really of no consequence .it is only today that you sent us the order of service..2 WEEKS AFTER HER FUNERAL !!
This is totally unacceptable as you must agree and as her other daughter and found the whole experience overwhelming I would have expected a written apology from you at the very least.
