Disgraceful service

I'd give this no stars if I could.

I telephoned the owner of the funeral home to enquire about my partner who died. Mr Ward, the owner was rude, blunt, arrogant and just disgraceful towards me and my family who were also (unknown to me) trying to find where our relative was.

I felt from talking to this person, that he\'s only interested in money. There was no compassion from him whatsoever. After discussing this with my family, we had our loved one moved to another funeral home. It was our belief that Mr Ward needs to learn some respect and understanding towards grieving people. We\'ve reported him to the relevant authorities and the QMC/ coroner as he\'s not fit to work in this role. Please go to another funeral home as this one isn\'t fit for purpose.
