In January our lives were turned upside down when our dad sadly passed away. After looking on the Internet we decided to give Gerald w burden of amesbury a call to see if they could help us. Right from the start we knew we were with the right people. Paula and all her team were amazing. Paula made us fell like we were the only people who mattered. Even though we knew how busy they were. We feel like dad was treated with all the care , respect and dignity that could of been. The Crematorium was simple and just what we had asked for. Even though not everyone could go we were able to have a video link so everyone could still attend. Thank you to you all for making a very hard time a little bit easier regards Christine, Audrey & gemma
