I am only giving one star as I can’t leave zero. Shocking organisation, lacked sympathy or empathy, didn’t even let me know when my father had been received into their care even though I asked them to. Have caused untold amounts of stress when they should be elevating it. I was so nervous on the day of the funeral thinking something would go wrong as the lead up had been so applaulling and then didn’t even let me know that they had my fathers ashes. Do not use! Totally unprofessional outfit.
