“I don’t know where to start to thank you for the kindness you showed to me and Brian’s family. The dignity and respect that you treated our Dear Brian with was beyond words. You helped to make a beautiful tribute to the man we all loved and adored. All the special touches you added for us meant more than you will ever know. You are such a wonderful gentleman and should be so proud of the difficult job you do each day. No words can adequately express all the compassion and understanding you showed to us as we were grieving and trying to make decisions. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you. �” Sally”
