This man is clearly in the wrong profession for his personality and business style. Showed no reverence, sense of occasion or sensitivity. Assured the bereaved that payment could wait until probate and settlement of the will, then proceeded to chase up for payment (despite instructions to go through the solicitor). Not saying he's a bad person - just really not suited to being a funeral director.
