We went to Ernest Larner &Son as they were very helpful with information about a previous funeral that I wanted to know about 16 years earlier!! They did - they knew who I was talking about and I found out what I wanted to know which was amazing. When the time came for a dear friend of mine to be taken care of at the end of his life, we went to them. They were lovely people, time was taken, no rushing, no trying to sell the most expensive stuff or plans. We had all that we could ask for and the cost was very reasonable. Nothing was too much trouble and no question went unanswered. The funeral was lovely and the staff were marvellous - so thank you to all.
