Truly excellent!

I am so pleased to be able to write this review for E.F Edwards. Loosing Dad although 85 years old was extremely traumatic. All I can say is that all of the staff I spoke with from the beginning were knowledgable, supportive and helpful. Communication was excellent and If the answer to a question was not known they were honest about this and followed this up promptly and called back.

The manner in which we were addressed and managed was truly wonderful and compassionate. Utterly professional yet the feeling of being a family run operation. These are people who care.

We were kept informed and supported on the day. Couldn't fault a thing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A big and genuine thanks to all the team at Erdington.
