Prepaid my funeral plan they told me everyThing was covered I found out that minister and doctors fees are not included they told me everything was covered now to get my money back they are charging me £249 to get my money back rip off I’m going to arrange my funeral with the coop it’s a lot cheaper and everything is covered I’m also going to get in touch with trading standards
