Cilla Wilcock and her team dealt with the funeral arrangements for a loved one that died at home after a long illness. She guided the family with empathy and gentleness through the various stages and was most helpful in ensuring the funeral provided a fitting celebration of the life of our loved one. Her kindness, understanding and thoughtfulness were a great support to the family.
