Cilla Wilcock was reassuring from the very first telephone call. Explaining everything necessary with clarity and kindness, in unusual circumstances, she covered all the logistics and took great pains to accommodate my aunt\'s selection of music. This left the family free to bring together a very special parting celebration. On the day she and her team acted with dignity and thoughtfulness ensuring everyone was comfortable and feeling included despite the sad occasion.
