She was clearly agitated and then turned her back and said to a further person . “You deal With him”. The gentleman then came into the room wearing scraggy trousers and said he had just got back from Hospital. He then gave me a one page leaflet and until asked

Mother knew Eddy Crossland and was re questing then to manage my Dads funeral. However due to my experiences as a family there is no way that we would engage with this company who showed lack of empathy and sympathy on the day. Very disappointed
