Buried my grandmother last year and wasn\'t aware I could leave a review until now. My family have used crosslands several times dealing with the late Eddie and his son dave both lovely sypathetic and genuine , however this time we was told dave was no longer available which was very dissapointing. From then on our whole experience went from bad to worse. There was nothing personal and the staff seemed not to really care. I won\'t go into full details but I\'d recommend to look elsewhere. It\'s wrongly advertised as a family buisness and the compassion has been lost !
