Donald Mclaren Limited Service

We were not impressed with the service that we got from Donald McLaren. Althought the basic funeral arrangements were made and happened as planned we were left to do a lot of the work ourselves. We had to organise flowers, order of service, post funeral hospitality and newspaper notices. The staff who attended the funeral were efficient and pleasant but we felt we were rushed through the planning process as they were busy. It did not match the comprehensive service we have had from other funeral directors in the past and was disappointing
