Unprofessional company

Front start to finish this company have been uncaring and unprofessional. My mother died suddenly and the coroner was involved this firm went ahead and booked the funeral etc without say so from the coroner and didn\'t inform the family we basically had 24 hrs to make arrangements etc. On the day of the funeral they didn\'t send enough mourning coaches and family had to go in ordinary estate cars, they failed to stop at the house where she used to live as promised, at the crematorium they asked a family member if they knew where her plot was in our local cemetery so they knew where to put her flowers, I could list more mistakes. At a time of loss this firm should be there to ease your suffering these people made the whole thing unbearable and undignified.
