Sent invoice for payment on the day of funeral. Also told me on the day of funeral that my father would have to "wheeled" into the church due to the weight of the coffin. ...had we had prior notice of this we would have arranged our own pall bearers. Unable to lift coffin at graveside due to health and safety so local council who were there had to assist. A total shambles and not the "respect and dignity" they promise. Would not recommend.
