Jane is a wonderful funeral organiser

I have been unfortunate in that I have had to arrange 3 funerals in under 3 years for close family. Jane was so professional when she organised the first funeral that my automatic choice for the second and third funerals was to go back to Jane at the Epping office. Jane is so easy to talk to not only about the funeral arrangements but also about how you are feeling. Jane made the whole experience easier to cope with
