We sadly lost our Mum a couple of weeks ago. Mum had already indicated her choice for a direct cremation and selected Dale and Sons as they were local. I found Nicky, who I dealt with predominantly, to be sensitive to the loss, practical and very efficient. I would certainly recommend Dale and Sons if you would like a direct cremation.
Dale and Sons follow a simple process which enables collecting belongings, knowing when the cremation had been completed and finally sending a thank you letter for choosing them.
