Awful and abysmal service

Despite recommendations for family who have used him before. He\'s never in when you phone, all you ever get is his answering machine, no matter what time you call, if you leave a message he\'s to ignorant to phone you back, and if you go to the office its all locked up with no-one at home.

Totally un-professional, I suspect he\'s tuppenny half penny one man band, who is probably to tight with money to hire an office secretary to answer the phone. I will use another director who I know has office staff to answer the phone, and this guy deserves to go out of business.

P.S. If you could give a rating of zero or minus zero I\'d use that.
