Compassionate and caring

I used DA Lindsay & Sons on the advice of a neighbour who had used them for both her beloved Dad and brother. I wanted a direct cremation and they were happy to oblige. Holly was a wonderful, compassionate person to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I didn\'t want to go into their premises to fetch my husband\'s ashes so they were delivered to me which I really appreciated. My husband\'s cremation was complicated because it involved an inquest but Holly kept me informed every step of the way. When my husband\'s body was collected, I was allowed to uncover his face so he could take a last look at the clouds and the sun, something I really appreciated. Holly\'s Dad was one of the undertakers so it was lovely having a family feel to the sad occasion. Thanks so much for a great service.
