I would like to thank Kerry and all the staff at Cowley and Son, for their consistently kind, helpful service. They made a very difficult time into an experience that was reassuring and smooth-running. I had no idea what to do, how to deal with this unknown situation; and they guided me along my way tactfully and sensitively.
