Excellent Caring Service
Garry Savage (Colin McGinleys Acklam) recently handled the care of my father, he instantly put myself and my family at ease with his kindness and compassion (which helped massively as my fathers death was unexpected).
Garry took such good care of my father, nothing was too much trouble, from collecting a specially made coffin out of the area to opening the parlour up for us to view dad on a weekend.
Upon visiting dad we got to know other staff members also - Tracy was amazing, she was so caring and kind...talking to garry and tracy was like talking to very close friends. Garry arranged the funeral beautifully adding special touches like lovely wording on dads coffin lid and also special wording on memorial brochures for dads service (adding really special touches you dont think about whilst grieving, yet appreciate so much afterwards). I feel so fortunate that Garry and Tracy not only cared so well for dad..but they also looked after us (they were made for this job) and made such a difficult time so much more bearable. Massive thanks to Garry, Tracy and all the team at Colin McGinley's Acklam.
