We contacted the company shortly prior to my Father-in-law\'s passing to inquire about appropriate protocols when the time finally came. Garry was incredibly sensitive and supportive throughout the entire process and guided us, particularly my Mother-in-law, through a very emotional time. Every stage and its costs were explained to us and we were given ample time to consider and reflect. Garry organised everything, including the obituary in the Gazette, the wake and the charity collection. During the funeral, we were so relieved that everything ran smoothly and well - impeccably organised. Comments from attendees expressed that it was \"best funeral they\'d been to\". We are so pleased that my Father-in-law received the funeral he deserved, it has given us great comfort.
