The family of Edna Guy wanted to say how much we appreciated your support and professionalism during our recent bereavement. You helped us to plan her funeral and were there for us whenever we needed you. What could have been a traumatic day was made more bearable thanks to your help. Mam always pointed at your building and said she wanted you to organise her funeral, she would have approved and we cannot say better than that.
