Terrible

Plymouth branch did not let us know that the funeral service had started. My 89 year old aunt made a long journey to attend. I had been outside twice to let them aware we were in the waiting room and they were too interested in chatting.
After promising a donation to Childrens Hospice South West they did not pay. I'm going to be buried in my garden rather than trusting these robbing cowboys.
