I very much wanted to thank you and your whole team for the excellent personal service which you provided from the day my Father died. No request or problem was too great and your frequent phone calls and e-mails were much appreciated. I personally particularly appreciated your greeting us in Church just prior to the start of the Service, I found this extremely comforting. With best wishes D.K.
