Willie and the staff at Chrystal funeral services made the whole process of organising my mum\'s funeral so much easier. They were professional and knowledgeable when providing us with choices and information, making us aware of different options to suit our needs. We believe they went above and beyond what other funeral services would have, for instance, my mum\'s wishes were to be taken home to her bedroom (which was up steep stairs and round a bend). Willie and his staff made sure this wish was carried out even though it wasn\'t the easiest task. A local company with a personal touch that made a difference to us at a horrible distressing time.
