Disappointing

Tries hard but not really all that professional. We travelled a long distance to attend a funeral mass but everyone was kept waiting because the Undertaker was late arriving to the Church. Priest had to apologise to the congregation. After the Mass we stood in the pouring rain for ages as it took the Undertaker a long time to organise things at the grave. We live in Belfast and this would never happen at funerals here. All just had a rushed and unprofessional feel to it. Disappointing.
