I would not rate this company at all

We had a terrible, traumatising, experience using this company. Please, DO NOT use them. Andrew was very unprofessional, promises were made that were not delivered, (too many to mention on here) but for example, we didn\'t get to see our relatives body at least a few days after being promised and then wasn\'t dressed as we had requested. The obituary didn\'t go into the paper until the day before the funeral. This was lied about, I myself rang the Echo office to be told the request had not gone in until the Tuesday evening when I was told by Andrew it had been emailed on the previous Friday. We were told lie after lie. We were deceived on many fronts which left our family wondering if the funeral was even going to take place. We will be contacting the Funeral Federation and filing an official complaint
