Rude manager

Lucy in Lewes road was amazing. Unfortunately on the day of my dad’s service one of the pall bearers dropped the coffin leading up the steps to chapel. I contacted Laura who called me back for some empathy in too what went wrong she was the most unsympathetic person I have ever spoke to explaining that we did not drop the coffin but placed it onto the step and people were gasped as it was dropped my sister phoned her the following day and she was so rude to her when my sister phoned me straight after she was in tears saying how rude Laura was to her on the phone and that we were giving tout a “great” day.... I’m sorry a great day!!!!!!!! This was our dad’s funeral!!!!!!!! I must say again Lucy at Lewes road was amazing during arranging and all the way through
