Taylors took care of our mums funeral with so much care and understanding, on our first visit ,we met Laura, Who was a true professional, she made us feel so relaxed on what was a very emotional day for us, she listened and helped us choose the best funeral for our mum.
We went to see mum in the chapel of rest, Mum looked absolutely beautiful and at peace, this for us was really important, Taylors did an amazing job.
Danielle came to visit us at mums home to talk about mum and her life, she listened while we told her about mum, jotting things down, but always listening, she was warm and caring and put us at ease.
On the day of the funeral we met James , who again was so caring and understanding, and informative about mums day. Danielle delivered mums service with so much compassion and love, it was like she was talking about someone she knew well, yet she had never met mum, she offered so much emotional support to us on the day, I felt like she was an old friend. From start to finish Taylors were a amazing and we as a family would like to thank them so much .
