I have had occasion to speak to Jonathon Bewley 4 or 5 times over the past few weeks trying to solve a query with a family grave in Melksham. Nothing is too much trouble for him he is pleasant helpful and makes you feel your problem is important and does his utmost to help you solve it. He is a very professional person who makes you feel nothing is too much trouble.
