With the loss of both our mum and dad we had fantastic support from the BCM team. From that first phone call to collect our dad to the arrangements for a double funeral we can’t thank Victoria Jayne Mike Vicky and all the team enough. Nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond over one Saturday 5/12/20 going to Wales to collect dad and again 10 days later to collect mum and bring her home to Bristol.
Jayne was on the end of the phone every day supporting us. Victoria and Mike had the funeral arranged with such dignity and compassion ensuring everything went smoothly and our parents wishes were met . Thanks to you all
