Thank you you have just made my family feel a lot better after the the death of my mother, Russell you were just so kind the time you took with us was beyond anything we could have hoped for. The whole team on the day of the funeral were so professional ,Russell when you walked from mums house in the pouring rain you must have been soaked truly dedicated to your job ,thank you all very caring people.
