Dear Russell i would like to thank you very much for the excellent service you gave to us before durring and after my mums funeral recently.You made everything run smoothly at a difficult time for us, you were proffesional, caring and compitant. we had nothing to worry about you took charge of everything, and treated us with charm and compassion.
