Can i start by saying we had never arranged a funeral before, we made an appointment for someone to come to our house ,11am was the agreed time, 11 am door bell rang thats a good start i thought bang on time, i opened the the door and i was met with a good morning iam Russell from Bare&Torrisholme funeral service . I thought what a well mannered polite young man we have here, we sat down to make the arrangements nothing was to much trouble , from talking about coming to see mum in the chapel, to arranging floral tributes etc etc. Russell took all the pressure away from us we were fretting over everything the day before not any more. any thing we asked was met with a positive answer very reasuring, the service sheets for the funeral were just wonderful, the arrangements for the wake went with out a hitch, so a big thank you to you Russell and your team at Bare&Torrisholme.
