Your experience and understanding meant you unfailingly calmly and politely worked around the shortcomings of other agencies involved in my husbands death. As well as expertly balancing the hugely varied expectations and wishes of our family four children all with different ideas of what a funeral should be, you were so calm sitting and disgussing what we needed to do, this can have been no easy task and you showed calm and dignity throghout.
