I could not have asked more than Ballard & Shortall provided. From first meeting Dave and his colleagues I was treated with the utmost kindness and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble. Phoning up with questions or a change of mind about some detail was dealt with in a very prompt and sympathetic manner. Sound advice at every step of the way, nothing pushy just quiet advice and support. The day could not have been better planned. Cannot thank them enough for all they did to make my late wife\'s Service so memorable.
