Perfect Funeral

Our family lost a loving husband, father, grandfather and had to suffer quite a delay in finalising all the arrangements for the funeral but we were helped enormously by the staff at Ballard and Shortall who could not have done more for us. I would like to thank Manjit especially who, although very new in the profession, was especially helpful and considerate. Clare and Nicki were also excellent in explaining each step for us. The family were especially touched to see the staff standing outside to pay their respects as we went past in the cars. I cannot praise them all enough for their care and attention.
