A big thank you

As a family we would like to thank everyone at Ballard & Shortall for their kindnesses & attention to detail on all the advise that was given to us for the late Arthur Cournane (my father.) From our very first meeting with Clare her care and compassion put us at ease at a very sad time in our lives.

The family thought it was a lovely touch how Ballard and Shortall staff showed their last respects to the hearse and limousine as we passed the Funeral parlour and made our way to the crematorium.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff at Ballard and Shortall.
